Shipping Costs:
We provide shipping of our products most of the time below cost.
We ship orders via UPS and USPS Priority mail and choose the most cost effective solution to suit your needs.
Most items will be shipped via UPS ground unless you request expedited shipping.
For heavier items, such as a Book Holder shipping costs will be determined by weight and destination, FOB Trumansburg, NY. All items can be shipped throughout the world. If you desire air transport or other special arrangements,
please contact us by e-mailing us at toys@wildapples.com, or calling our toll free number Monday through Friday
from 9:00am through 4:00pm EST. Free shipping on orders over $75.00 in the continental USA!
Payment Options:
We accept VISA and MasterCard, checks or money orders.
Taxes:
We are required to charge tax on items shipped within New York State.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders will be shipped within three working days or earlier--except during the fall.
The fall is our busy season and delays can occur. If we are unable to meet our usual three day deadline, we will contact you.
So please give us your e-mail address or a phone number where you can be reached, and we will let you know our anticipated ship date.
