Shipping Costs:
We provide shipping of our products at cost. We ship orders
via UPS and USPS Priority mail and choose the most cost effective
solution to suit your needs. For example, single items shipped within
the continental United States which weigh one pound (i.e. Nativity
Set, Rabbit Puzzle, etc.) are shipped priority mail and cost you $4.05.
All heavier items will be shipped via UPS ground unless you request
expedited shipping. For heavier items, such as a Book Holder shipping
costs will be determined by weight and destination, FOB Trumansburg,
NY. All items can be shipped throughout the world. If you desire air
transport or other special arrangements, please contact us by faxing

toll free number Monday through Friday from 9:00am through 4:00pm

on orders over $75.00 in the continental USA!
Payment Options:
We accept VISA and MasterCard, checks or money orders.
Taxes:
We are required to charge tax on items shipped within
New York State.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders will be shipped within three working days or
earlier--except during the fall. The fall is our busy season and delays
can occur. If we are unable to meet our usual three day deadline, we will
contact you. So please give us your e-mail address or a phone number where
you can be reached, and we will let you know our anticipated ship date.
Guarantee:
Customers tell us that our products are better than
they expected. But if for some reason you are dissatisfied, we will accept
returns for refund within ten working days. |
